Who we are

We are practitioners of Vedanta and Yoga who have formally studied in the Vedic tradition and have been teaching for over 20 years. Our students are a group of like-minded individuals learning and living the teachings of Adi Sankaracharya’s Advaita (non-dual) philosophy and following Yoga disciplines.

What we do

Living Vedanta combines the learning of  Vedic scriptures and the practice of Yoga to give you a path to understand your body, your mind, your life, its challenges and your True Self. Simply put, Living Vedanta means to gain knowledge and lead your life holistically in accordance with ageless Vedic wisdom.

Why We Do It

In these days of busy lifestyle, we need to know how to juggle all of life's demands harmoniously. To do that, we must align  our body & mind to be at peace with each other. With a happy body-mind complex and confidence arising from wisdom, all of us can achieve and lead fulfilled lives.
